The ETHICALLY SOURCED Mark 

TradeDigitization.com has built on the infrastructure of the new generation of GTIN's to create the GTINTOKEN Programme. The initial campaign for the GTINTOKEN Programm, is that of introducing an ETHICALLY SOURCED standard  that uses the ETHICALLY SOURCED Mark in Digital Trade Situations, as verification that products are Ethically Sourced
 
The ETHICALLY SOURCED Mark is owned by ESN, and is registered in the UK, and all EU countries. 
 
This will be a standard for Digitized Ethically Sourced products thereby facilitating  Digital Trade in Ethically Sourced Products. This incorporates criteria designed to replicate the salient features of paper trade documents , which include the following:
 
1.  A system is in place  to ensure that the contract criteria are satisfied. 
 
2.  The document transferring ownership of the goods, will be in electronic form, and will be capable of being possessed, once the contract criteria are met. 
 
3.  The transfer document will be fully divested on transfer. The transferor will no longer be able to exercise control when it is transferred.
 
The parties to a transaction, will agree an equivalence between control of an electronic transferrable record and possession of a transferrable paper document. The reaching of such an agreement, validates the use of an electronic transferrable record.
 
Climate change is the issue of our times. ESG is a major focus in today's world, with recent EU legislation placing a focus on Ethically Sourced Requirements. However, working out how to demonstrate products are Ethically Sourced can be a daunting task.
The ETHICALLY SOURCED Mark will help address these issues.

The ETHICALLY SOURCED Mark will be provided to be Farmers crops to help them get better prices for their crops. 

EU OPPORTUNITY

The European Parliament recently voted at the end of May to require companies to identify and address the impact of their activities and value chains on human rights and the environment, as well as a new requirement to adopt and implement climate transition plans.

The new rules form Parliament’s negotiating position on the EU Commission’s proposed corporate sustainability due diligence directive (CSDDD).
