e-Debit is a platform used to facilitate Trade and Invoices Finance through major providers
TradeKey is the worlds largest B2B Marketplace.
Trade Gateway and Distribution Hubs: Distributors.Network is a Network of Trade Gateway Distribution hubs that features storage facilities and transportation systems provided by designated Logistics Partner Operators for individual Trade Gateways, who receive goods and then deliver them to customers.
Sales By Manufacturers: In the programme, all sales by manufacturers are made Ex Warehouse, whereby the manufacturer would fulfill their obligation to deliver goods by making them available for pickup by the buyer at the locally designated warehouse.
Onward Sales and Fulfilment Requirements: The Logistics Partner provide Logistics Services to manufacturers, to serve buyers who may sell on to retailers or to end consumers.
Manufacturer’s Responsibility: Under Ex Warehouse terms, the seller is responsible for preparing the goods and making them available for collection by the buyer at the designated warehouse. The seller bears the costs and risks associated with storing the goods until the buyer takes possession.

Manufacturer’s Requirement From Logistics Partner:
- Outsourced Warehousing Storage. The Designated warehouse digitally signs the warehouse receipt they provided for verification, after receiving the products into the warehouse.
Buyer’s Responsibility: The buyer assumes responsibility for transportation, and any other costs incurred after the goods leave the warehouse.
Buyer’s Requirement From Logistics Provider :

What Is Distributors .Network ?
Distributors.Network provides a Network to facilitate the Distribution of products purchased via Marketplaces.Trade,which are shipped directly to Buyers by the supplier or manufacturer.
Marketplaces.Trade features millions of products from manufacturers/suppliers across the world.
When a sale is made, Delivery/Fulfilment is made on behalf of the Manufacturer/Supplier, by a Distributor from Distributors.Network.
Fulfilment Centre Partner Programme Opportunities
Opportunities are available to become a Fulfilment Centre partner by joining Distributors.Network to provide the following:
- Provide warehousing and other logistics services
- Act as a Distributor on behalf of Large companies and SMEs
- Provide Fulfilment Services as detailed below
1. A TradeDigitization.com solution that will be provided, allows companies to use XML to notify an Advanced Shipment Notification to the warehouse prior to delivery.
2. The warehouse receives the goods against the ASN to check for damage and any discrepancies.
3. Warehouse issues a warehouse receipt.
4. The goods are then allocated to locations within the warehouse.
5. The warehouse receipt is then digitally signed from the verified ID of the Distributor, along with other relevant trade documentation.
6. After the transaction is verified payment is made.
7. Transfer of title to the goods, is then effected and the goods are dispatched by the warehouse/fulfilment company.
Suppliers ship their products to your fulfilment centres and pay for fulfilment services and storage space used.
Distributor Hubs
Distributors.Network Hubs are Trade Gateways that feature access to Trade the places they cover through the Marketplaces.Trade Platform powered by the largest B2B marketplace in the world.
After Transactions are concluded these Trade Gateways then feature operators that provide required Logistics Services, that are facilitated by the Digital Signing of Warehouse Receipts etc. Some Trade Gateways in the Network include those as detailed below.
